Utility Information

Office Hours :                    Monday – Friday   8:00am – 4:30pm  Closed for lunch from 12:30pm – 1:30 pm

Rates:

Water                   $15.00 Minimum for the first 1500 cubic feet.  After that, water is $0.94 per every 100 cubic feet used.

Sewer                   $16.00 Flat Rate.  Effective July 1, 2008 This rate will increase to $17.00.

Refuse                  $16.60 Residential Flat Rate.  This includes ; 1 Regular Trash Can, 1 Recycle Can and 1 Green Waste can.   Each additional can is $6.15 per can.

                        All trash is picked up by Waste Connections on Mondays.  All cans must be out by 5:00 am to insure pickup.  Please call immediately if trash is missed.

To Start Utility Services:

Owners                Must bring in proof of ownership of the property.  (CLOSED Escrow Documentation, Tax Roll)

Renters                Need to bring in a Signed Rental or Lease agreement and a Deposit of $95.20.  This deposit will be applied upon closing the account or after one year if payment s are made on time every month. 

General Utility Information

                                Utility Bills are mailed out on the 1^st of each month.  Payments are due on the 20^th by 4:30 PM each month.  If not paid, a $10.00 penalty will be applied to the account and it is considered past due.  If the past due balance is not paid by the second Tuesday of the following month by 4:30pm, water will be shut off the next morning.  The will be reactivated upon payment of the Past Due, Current , Late Fees and Reconnect Fees are Paid.
